Thankful for The Past; Grateful for The Present

I am thankful for the past. I have immense gratitude for the present.  My obsession with old pieces of metal and sparkling cut glass is a glimpse into the lives of my ancestors.  The desire to adorn ourselves and our environments with intricacy and beauty is ageless.  I am honored this Thanksgiving day to be a jewelry sculptress combining  parts & pieces from the past with a modern fashion forward vision of the future. MM

This is a combination of individual necklaces Jenny had and vintage chain and coin charm that I added to create a single long layered necklace. MM

 This is a combination repair, add on of my vintage findings, Chanel earring modernized on 24k adjustable ring base.  It's an honor to work with old stuff that's made well.  My look is very similar to Chanel, however, my strength is in finding the "you", with the artist in me. MM
